What are you looking at? Gasping at Me? Yes... Yes... Its been a while, hasen't it? :)
I know I've neglected the site T-T But I have an excuse! After all, it was test month and all in October, so I had to be offline to study 24/7 (which I quite did not enjoy, to tell the truth :D Who does?) But now I'm back!
And here I bring you a brand new free layout (The first one after the 1 month Hiatus of Pokeshore!). It features Chii (though the PNG features Dark Chii I think... Since it has black / dark Blue hair)... But I love it anyays :)
I love Chii ^w^ She's so funny and adorable, especially in the panties episode xD
So, please enjoy this layout ;D

Using this Layout

Most of you just ignore Layouts that have the download button... that's not right! It's REALLY easy to upload your layouts, and this layout has only 3 images =] Isn't that great? Well, follow these steps!

1- Click Download on the layout (previous page). A popup will appear, please click save.
2- Once the file is saved to your computer, unzip it using Winzip.
3- Open index.html and edit anything you want, this is not required though.
4- Go to your site, click Upload, upload the file containing the layout and the images.
You're done! Please don't direct link from THIS site.
