As of August 8, 2009, Affiliation for Top and normal affies closed. You can now apply for Graphic affiliates or rising affiliates

Graphic Affiliates

Graphic affiliates need to have really great graphics. I also care about the amount of hits in here, but not a lot. If you have a graphic dedicated site, whether its an anime or Pokemon one, then apply! I'll see!
IMPORTANT: If you're applying for graphic affiliate, select "Top affiliate" and write "Graphic affiliate" in your comment box <3

Rising Affiliates

Any site that cannot meet up with any requirements of the above. Don't complain if I put you here. That does not mean I hate you. It means that you can work to go higher and better. That is why its called "Rising Affiliates" not "Low Affiliates". Go for it!
