This tutorial will show you how to edit colors of an image on photoshop!
What you need
 Photoshop CS (or version 2 or Photoshop 7.0 or higher or lower)

1- First of all, pick your picture. I will use this:
2- It is best to extract the image first. Check out or Extracting an image tutorial. After extracting your image, on your keyboard, hold Ctrl + U A
box will pop up. On the bottom right of the box, check colorize. Play with the colors and change the colors by playing with those movers (hue etc.) Here is what I got:
