Plot

Original Series

Ash Ketchum from Pallet town has reached 10 years old, the age of becoming a pokemon trainer. Ash was excited whether to pick Charmander, Bulbasaur or Squirtle.

After waking up late and reaching to the laboratory to pick up his first pokemon, all the pokemon were finished. Ash was about to take any pokemon that is available, so Professor Oak gave Ash a pokemon that everybody rejected, Pikachu.

After starting a rough journey with Pikachu, Ash managed to meet 2 new friends who are gym leaders, Brock and Misty.

Ash finished the pokemon league after 276 original episodes and headed to Hoenn.

Advanced Generation Series

May, a young 10 year old girl, is starting her pokemon journey. May, however, is more interested in traveling than capturing pokemon. May's father is Norman, a gym leader.

On the ship, Ash was holding his sick Pikachu after the fight with the elite four and the championship.

Ash later manages to meet May and the two start a relationship and friendship and so May decided to join Ash on his journey.

On the way, Ash met May's brother, Max, and his old friend, Brock.

Together, the four set out to defeat the elite four and the battle frontier and May her contests.

Ash finished the elite four and battle frontier in 196 episodes and then headed to Sinnoh.

Diamond and Pearl Series

Dawn, a 10 year old girl, is starting her pokemon journey. She was interested in becoming a pokemon coordinator like her Mother, who once was a pokemon coordinator and won contests.

Ash was headed to the Sinnoh league, but jut as he was talking to professor Oak, team rocket (view them in the character profiles) came and stole pikachu!

Dawn, after obtaining her first pokemon, piplup, was heading to the next town.

After rescuing pikachu, Dawn set out to find Pikachu's trainer and soon met Ash and Brock. She agreed to join them both and travel with them in the sinnoh league.

The episodes are still airing till now of this season.
